For people who use these images for personal use only which is defined as a personal home page that does not sell or profit from monies derived from said site.  For personal invitations and cards or personal decorations.  When determining personal use, the use would be that which is of a personal nature only, no money making or promoting of any kind. Holidaygraphics.com/Courtemanche Custom Designs reserves the right to determine if your needs are commercial or not. Commercial sites (any money making sites) non-profit or not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, religious organizations should see below regarding licensed use.

A reciprocal link to Holidaygraphics.com is required on each page that our images are shown.  

ATTENTION: Those who create webpages for profit of any kind, are not allowed to use these images at all. You will need to contact me regarding a user license.

DO NOT ALTER OUR IMAGES - Do not alter these images in any way shape or form without the express written consent of holidaygraphics.com.

DISTRIBUTION POLICY - You may not include our images in a "free graphics archive" on your site, on a CD, or redistribute them in any way except as described in our Redistribution Policy above.

DO NOT LINK TO ANY OF OUR IMAGES - It is imperative that you do not link to any of my images on any of my pages.  Trust me, I have enough problems with bandwidth without a thousand people linking off my server as well, so please right click and pick option save image as and save to your hard drive.
